Access the bottom of the fluid reservoir by pushing aside the rubber flap under the bumper in front of the driver side front tire. Open it up, and check the fluid level. There is no moving sensor in the tank.

If any washer does not work or windshield washer fluid level warning light comes on, the washer tank may be empty. Anyway, i ran out of windshield washer fluid, and the light on the dashboard came on. Change the resistor to 1k and the warning light went away.

Let It Sit A While To Dissolve Any Residue, Then Run The Washers To Flush It Out.
If the warning goes off, replace the sensor. Add washer fluid at your earliest opportunity. It still squirted fluid so i thought that it must be close to empty.

The wiper fluid low light came on. If it does this, top off the washer fluid and it will most likely resolve the concern. If you have tried the battery disconection, take the fuse out and put back in and see if this resets it.
Called Dealer To Bring The Car In.
I eventually bought a bottle and found out that the reservoir was pretty close to being topped off. Before going to buy a new sensor, the best way is to drain the reservoir and flush with some clean distilled water, also clean the sensor. I'd probably try to get access to it first, make sure it looks ok and the wiring is fine.
